Read usage correctly

Subscription profiles can read live quota windows and reset timestamps through the selected Claude Code OAuth login when it includes `user:profile`. Claude decides which buckets a profile receives. API-key and gateway profiles instead show local token and cost telemetry because they do not have Claude subscription windows.

Set failover

Choose the complete ordered list, then enable it. Failover only moves to the next eligible profile after rate limiting; it does not blend account state or credentials.
